Q2 themes: if many visitors can't find the same thing, it's buried or mislabeled
Q3: if "used search" is high (>30%), visitors can't find things through navigation — information architecture problem
Q3: if "Google" is high, visitors bypass your homepage entirely — make sure inner pages are self-sufficient
What to do next
Map Q2 answers to where that content actually lives on the site
If content exists but can't be found: fix navigation labels, add internal links
If content doesn't exist: create it (visitors are telling you what they want)
If search usage is high: improve your search feature, but also fix why navigation fails
