If "not really" + open text mentions specific topics: you're missing content visitors expect
Compare scores across pages: pages with consistently low scores need attention first
If scores are high but conversion is low: the page is informative but lacks a clear next step (CTA problem, not content problem)
What to do next
Identify pages with lowest scores
Read open-text for content gaps — add what's missing
Review page against search queries that bring traffic (Search Console) — is there an intent mismatch?
